What You Will Do
- Lead complex finance transformation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and work breakdown structures, to track milestones and critical paths.
- Define and monitor project budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring financial targets are maintained.
- Establish and execute risk management plans, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Drive stakeholder alignment by creating and executing communication and engagement strategies across internal and external partners.
- Coordinate procurement planning and partner selection to support project execution.
- Assign and manage cross-functional resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Incorporate end-user feedback throughout the project lifecycle to refine scope and ensure successful adoption.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, including cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing schedules, and risk in complex projects
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience in finance transformation projects (e.g., ERP implementation, process automation)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
