We’re looking for an organized, proactive Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support end to end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You’ll help keep plans, issues, risks, and communications on track across cross-functional teams—consultants, developers, test leads, client SMEs, and partners. What You Will Do:
- Support project schedules, checklists; track dependencies and milestones in Azure DevOps/Project/Planner
- Coordinate recurring meetings and capture action items/decisions
- Prepare weekly status reports (scope/schedule/cost/risks/issues/decisions), RAID logs, and steering committee decks
- Maintain project repositories ensuring documentation, approvals, and version control
- Assist PM and Functional Leads with Azure DevOps work item creation, prioritization, and acceptance criteria; monitor flow and escalation paths
- Setting up projects in D365 and tracking budgets and invoicing
- Draft communications (readouts, change impacts, release notes) and manage distribution lists; ensure meeting objectives and follow through
- Support timesheet hygiene, burn tracking, and forecast vs. actuals; help maintain change request logs and Statement of Work (SOW) alignment
What You Will Bring:
- 1–3 years in project coordination, PMO, or business/IT consulting Exposure to D365, AX, or other ERP projects is a plus
- Comfortable with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project (or Planner), Excel (vlookups/pivots), PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams
- Strong meeting facilitation, minutes/action capture, RAID and change control basics, release/change calendar management
- Clear written and verbal communicator; confident working with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
- Detail oriented, able to juggle multiple workstreams, track dependencies, and hit deadlines
- Curious, proactive, and coachable—comfortable asking questions and following through to closure
Growth Path
- Clear progression to Project Manager overseeing small/medium workstreams, then larger programs (multitower D365, ISV integrations, and global rollouts)
