As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our talented team. In this role, you will take a leadership position in defining and executing our product marketing strategies, ensuring our product offerings resonate powerfully within diverse target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Messaging:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring collaboration and alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Craft clear, compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to multiple personas-including executive, technical, and operational stakeholders-across key industrial verticals.
- Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all internal and external channels.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging and value propositions focusing on value / outcomes delivered and competitive differentiators.
Market/Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Facilitate in-person customer feedback sessions for market intelligence around target outcomes and personas.
- Analyze competitor products and positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and maintain competitor battle cards and positioning frameworks
Market-Driven Roadmap:
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure market needs are reflected in the product roadmap.
- Create internal awareness for short to mid-term roadmap and integrate product launches into overall messaging
Content and Enablement:
- Create high-impact marketing collateral including videos, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Create sales tools, pitch decks, battle cards, and training materials to empower the sales team with the knowledge and assets needed to win deals.
- Collaborate with Software team on hands-on customer and prospect workshops to accelerate understanding and value of differentiated AI and enterprise workflows in Seeq.
- Ensure that messaging around new product capabilities is regularly and consistently woven into every aspect of Seeq’s positioning, across channels, personas, and industries, to reinforce Seeq’s leadership in AI and industrial enterprise transformation.
Pricing Support:
- Conduct pricing analysis and market research to inform pricing decisions.
- Communicate pricing strategies to sales teams and assist in developing sales enablement tools.
- 6+ years of product marketing experience with a strong record in B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Hands-on experience across industrial sectors (oil & gas, chemicals, metals, mining, materials, life sciences, power & utilities, food & beverage) and familiarity with enterprise applications (OEE, APM, machinery surveillance).
- Proven success in GTM strategy, product launches, and lifecycle marketing.
- Skilled in persona development, product positioning, and executive-level messaging.
- Experienced in market and competitive research to drive strategy.
- Effective cross-functional leader, able to influence in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical abilities; data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at storytelling.
- Tools: Salesforce, HighSpot, WordPress, InDesign, Monday.com, Confluence, Zoom.
- Willing to travel occasionally (1–2 times per quarter) to meet clients and stakeholders.
