We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and lead a new product at Instructure. They will focus on the user experience of learners, educators, and admins who work with multiple Instructure products and across multiple institutions. They will define the roadmap and strategy for this new product, identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and be accountable for driving measurable product outcomes (adoption, usability, quality) as well as user success (efficiency, satisfaction, impact).

What you'll do:

  • Define vision & strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling long-term product vision and roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business goals.
  • Drive measurable success: Ensure the product delivers meaningful value, tracked by adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
  • Commercial opportunities: Identify, validate, and execute on premium opportunities within the content experience.
  • Champion discovery & delivery: Model strong product discovery and delivery practices, balancing experimentation, customer insight, and execution discipline.
  • Collaborate & influence: Work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and successful launches.
  • Mentor & grow talent: Support and develop product managers, fostering excellence and innovation within the product management team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record of defining 0 to 1 product strategy, developing roadmaps, and successfully launching complex products that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Experience in the EdTech or SaaS industry is a plus.
