We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives and own the roadmap for key product areas. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and other teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned product professional with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills who can operate at both the strategic and tactical levels.



What you'll do

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for key product areas, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, driving measurable impact.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing on go-to-market readiness and adoption.
  • Track and analyze product performance, leveraging data to improve adoption and outcomes.
  • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to building product management best practices.
  • Maintain company security and compliance controls within your role and department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in product management, with proven success in SaaS or technology products.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and balance competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or HR technology (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
  • Background in UX design, customer journey mapping, or data-driven product growth.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field.

  • Compensation Transparency. Compensation range for this position is $148k - $185k annually, depending on experience and location.
