Sr. Product Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who will define the next generation of connected, intelligent GRC experiences in Risk Cloud. You’ll shape how data flows into, through, and out of our platform — powering automation, AI insights, and scalable compliance programs for our customers. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex systems problems, collaborating across disciplines, and turning technical capabilities into user value.

How you’ll spend your time:  

• Define a long-term vision and roadmap for your product area that aligns with company goals and customer outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-impact features and platform capabilities from concept through launch.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical direction.
• Collaborate across teams to improve how data flows through the platform, powering automation, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to extend the value of Risk Cloud through integrations, APIs, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Measure success through adoption, customer satisfaction, performance, and reliability metrics.
• Continuously validate customer problems through research, data analysis, and market insights.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.

We get excited about you if you have: 

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with platform, data, or integration-heavy products
• A strong technical foundation — comfortable discussing APIs, data architecture, and system design with engineering teams
• Experience building products for technical users (developers, system admins, security/compliance engineers)
• Strong communication and prioritization skills — able to simplify complexity and drive cross-functional alignment
• A strategic mindset with a deep curiosity about how data, automation, and AI transform the GRC landscape

The anticipated base salary range for the role is 145,000 - $170,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
