In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers, to deliver innovative, service-oriented solutions aligned with company goals.
Your focus will be on building a modern SaaS platform experience that empowers customers and their end users, ensuring BrandVNO continues to meet the high expectations of today’s competitive software and services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, prioritize, and deliver product features and requirements based on strategic initiatives, customer insights, and market opportunities

  • Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback to inform product strategy and improve user experience

  • Own the product roadmap, balancing company objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility

  • Create detailed product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria

  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, iterating based on data and customer feedback

  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and communication

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating with backend systems or infrastructure services (telecom experience a plus, but not required)

  • Ability to manage and optimize complex service interactions to ensure seamless delivery and customer experience

  • Familiarity with subscription management, usage-based billing, or other service delivery frameworks

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a history of aligning cross-functional stakeholders

  • Technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design teams

  • Deep understanding of modern product management practices (Agile/Scrum, prioritization techniques)
