Take complete ownership of our integrations platform and strategic partnerships, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of key system integrations that power MANTL’s digital banking platform. This role will focus on driving the evolution of our integrations with Online and Mobile Banking systems and other key third-party vendors. It is a high-impact role, essential to delivering seamless, scalable, and repeatable solutions to our clients while advancing our platform strategy.
You will serve as a cross-functional leader, working closely with engineering, design, implementation, account management, and external partners to ensure that integrations are reliable, scalable, and create leverage for the entire customer base.

About You

● You develop and execute a product strategy for third-party integrations and
partnerships that aligns with MANTL’s broader platform and business objectives.
● You manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring
integrations are scalable, robust, and reusable for multiple clients.
● You own the evolution of integrations tooling, standards, and frameworks that enable faster onboarding of partners and improved implementation efficiency.
● You work closely with customers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to
identify integration requirements, challenges, and opportunities for innovation.
● You collaborate with account management, implementation, sales, marketing, and finance to ensure integrations deliver maximum value and commercial success.
● You partner closely with engineering to design well-architected, extensible API and system interfaces that enable MANTL to scale integration efforts.
● You balance customization needs from key clients with the imperative to build
repeatable, platform-wide capabilities.
● You immerse yourself in the details of third-party systems (e.g., Online and Mobile Banking platforms), APIs, integration architectures, and customer workflows.

We Are Looking For

● 4-8 years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on platform
products, integrations, or APIs.
● Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or integration-heavy environments; familiarity with banking systems or financial services a plus.
● Strong track record of working cross-functionally with sales, account management, implementation teams, and technical stakeholders.
● Demonstrated ability to build 0→1 products as well as scale 1→n platforms or
integrations.
● A deep understanding of technical integrations (RESTful APIs, middleware, data
synchronization, etc.) and ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
● Experience engaging directly with external partners to understand their systems,
requirements, and constraints.
● Strong product sense and execution skills, able to prioritize rigorously and drive
results in ambiguous contexts.
● Comfortable working in agile environments and leading end-to-end product discovery, definition, and delivery cycles.

Bonus Points For

● Experience at companies known for platform or API excellence (e.g., Stripe, Plaid, Segment, nCino, Twilio).
● Familiarity with core banking systems, middleware platforms, or Online/Mobile Banking platforms.
● Experience working with developer-facing products or ecosystems.
