Our proprietary program boasts a 95% return-to-work rate and guides employees through the process before, during, and after leave to ensure a seamless re-onboarding.

About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our innovative InsurTech platform. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about building user-centric digital products and a product experience incorporating tech and human touch into a cohesive experience, with a focus on expanding access to parental leave.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer success) to define product requirements, roadmap, and UX
  • Manage our marketplace for working parents, and identify relevant partners and products
  • Conduct customer interviews, user research and data analysis to identify new product opportunities and features that will delight our customers.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming and product demos. Manage stakeholder communication in the form of product updates and newsletters.
  • Monitor and measure product performance and user adoption using tools like Pendo, Fathom and/or Google Analytics.
  • Brainstorm and execute ways to increase user adoption with account support and account management teams.
  • Help ensure the product and process aligns with compliance standards, including frameworks like SOC 2 Type 2

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6 years of product experience, ideally in a SaaS environment with a web portal interface. Experience with how an enterprise portal works
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum product development processes
  • Familiarity and prior experience with business intelligence tools
  • UX/UI design skills, preferred
  • Passion for technology, user experience, and building tools that solve complex real-world problems based on product thinking and customer feedback
  • Prior experience working in a SOC 2 compliant environment is a bonus
  • Technical fluency with tools such as Jira, Figma, Fathom, Canva
  • Ability to read and understand SQL queries for data analysis

What You’ll Gain

  • Accelerated Career Growth: Work closely with seasoned product and engineering leaders who will actively mentor and support your development. You’ll get direct exposure to product strategy, customer feedback loops, and the metrics that drive real business outcomes.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Unlike larger organizations where junior PMs are siloed, you’ll have the opportunity to drive initiatives from idea to execution. Your voice will matter, and your work will be visible across the company.
  • Impact in a High-Growth Industry: Join us at a time when digital transformation in InsurTech is rapidly accelerating. You’ll contribute to meaningful tools that help real people manage their financial and insurance needs more effectively.
  • Startup Culture with Stability: Enjoy the best of both worlds—a nimble, fast-moving environment where experimentation is encouraged, combined with the discipline of mature product and security practices like SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
  • A Seat at the Table: You’ll be involved in product decisions, customer research, and roadmap planning. This isn’t a note-taking role—this is a launchpad for a serious product career where you can grow with the company.
