As the Senior Product Manager for Hyper-personalization, you will be responsible for:
Formulating the vision and value proposition for the personalization platform.
Guide to platform product strategy and roadmap through research and analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to inform use case strategy.
Contribute to people/process enablement and outcome measurement within client experience
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Implement audience segmentation and engagement strategies.
Integrate data, AI/ML, experimentation, and analytics into the personalization platform.
Collaborating with technology architecture and development teams to ensure seamless integration of personalization features, including MarTech.
Integrate growth strategies with positive investment behavior and account health opportunities; partner with Marketing and CDAO to formulate approach across the client experience.
Influencing and storytelling to communicate the vision and impact of Hyper-personalization initiatives to executive leadership.
Ensure governance and compliance in platform operations.
Defining strategies and contributing to annual planning to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications

Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking.
Strong collaboration skills across various divisions and organizations.
Executive presence and the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Strong understanding in AI/ML, analytics, and technology architecture, including MarTech.
Ability to manage complex programs and engage deeply with stakeholders.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to make informed decisions.
Business acumen to define strategies and inform annual planning.
