Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

The Data Security Product Group is focused on protecting customer business data from external attackers and insider threats. Our work encompasses both insider risk and data loss prevention capabilities. CrowdStrike recently acquired and integrated SecureCircle an innovative zero trust data protection solution.

We are seeking an experienced product manager or senior product manager with direct experience of managing and owning the product backlog for a cloud delivered cyber security product.

This is a rare opportunity to help build and launch multiple new innovative products and accelerate your product management career within one of the world’s largest cloud security businesses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the product lead for major initiatives that extend and enhance CrowdStrike’s data security modules to identify and respond to insider threats and protect critical business data.

  • Collaborate closely with CrowdStrike’s technical data science, identity, cloud security and platform teams.

  • Methodically plan out in phases and manage the product backlog and roadmap.

  • Closely partner with UX design and research leads through the software development lifecycle, collaborate on gaining and leveraging insights from customers.

  • Engage with customer facing teams to champion releases and guide future product direction.

  • Work on a team of high-performing product professionals in a very collaborative environment.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of product management and / or product owner experience.

  • Experience working with UX design and research to identify requirements and iteratively refine security detection policy frameworks and UI designs

  • Highly desirable, experience working on cybersecurity – and in particular data security – products.

  • Experience of specifying and implementing policy frameworks and role-based access controls (RBAC).

  • Experience of API specification to enable customers to automate tasks and integrate with external data sources within their environment.

  • Track record of planning short- and long-term technology direction in a collaborative fashion, gaining consensus and buy-in from key stakeholders, requiring little oversight from management to review and prioritize.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology.

  • Relevant quantitative and business analysis skills.

  • This position is remote and requires up to 15-20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide. CrowdStrike also regularly brings product teams together for in person planning.
