This position is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders and business partners to define product vision, set OKRs, and manage internal and vendor roadmaps to deliver enhancements and improvements with a clear sense of urgency.
  • Partner closely with the vendor to ensure standards, oversee delivery of enhancements, and proactively address issues impacting performance.
  • Enhance the customer experience by designing impactful features, identifying opportunities for innovation, and staying ahead of competitive trends.
  • Deliver autonomously on OKRs, provide clarity and prioritization across teams, and ensure product solutions are both usable and viable while aligning with partners.
  • Use product analytics and insights to track product health, drive market fit, influence stakeholders, and build alignment through data storytelling.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) and 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Master's Degree in business administration or similar advanced degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner
