Fluent is building the next generation of advertising in Commerce Media. Our vision is to build an ML/AI first network of advertisers and publishers to achieve a common objective, elevating relevancy in E-commerce for everyday shoppers.

We have a need for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Business Intelligence capabilities – analytics and reporting. This role will focus on building the interactive tools and reports to achieve internal and external business objectives. You will leverage LLMs to deliver next-gen reporting and consumable natural language insights. You will push the boundaries and showcase the art and science about storytelling with data.

We are looking for an experienced PM who is excited about a big and challenging problem space. This role will report directly to the CPO. It is an exciting time to build the foundational capabilities that will have wide-reaching impact, come join us!

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the vision, requirements and launch of new BI and reporting products.
  • Interview and document discovery calls with stakeholders to uncover true pain points, and problems to be solved.
  • Create the detailed product roadmap for internal Publisher, Advertiser, and Marketplace views to manage the business.
  • Work closely with Data Engineering to surface new data products
  • Metrics are your world, and you will work with cutting edge technology such as Databricks UC Metrics to power experiences.
  • Establish product intake process around BI Reporting requests with two teams of BI developers.
  • Establish and refine intake process to ensure a methodical approach to prioritization is followed.
  • You are expected to have an AI-first productivity approach – use AI to generate wireframes, and share working prototypes using Replit.
  • Define success, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Empower the commercial teams by providing crisp communication on execution plans, releases and training.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of relevant Product Management Experience, with substantial experience in BI/Reporting/Analytics – internal, external, greenfield and commercial intake.
  • Experience in owning the product strategy and roadmap in the business intelligence space.
  • Experience working with an AI first approach across all aspects of productivity and Business Intelligence.
  • Ability to execute on a roadmap engaging with internal BI engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and commercial teams.
  • Technical fluency in the domain of data pipelines, metrics, and visualizations. Intermediate SQL knowledge is expected, you should be able to query data yourself, and leverage AI for more complex queries.

Nice to Haves

  • 1+ Year(s) of relevant digital advertising or adjacent experience.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing measures – CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS etc.

Salary Range: $115,000 to $135,000 CAD + Bonus - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
