Sr. Product & Content Marketing Manager
Location: Remote | Reports to: Sr. Director of Product and Content Marketing

About the Role

Grace Hill is seeking an experienced and strategic Product & Content Marketing Manager to lead product marketing and content initiatives across a diverse suite of SaaS solutions. In this role, you will shape messaging and positioning, develop content strategy, and drive go-to-market execution that fuels brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and product adoption.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll partner closely with product management, sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team to ensure our solutions are effectively differentiated in the market and supported with impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns.

This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution.

Product Marketing
  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that resonate with target personas across the real estate industry.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and customer success.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and win/loss assessments to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Own and evolve key enablement resources such as buyer personas, customer journey maps, and competitive battle cards.
  • Partner with sales and customer success leadership to deliver playbooks and other tools that accelerate pipeline conversion and customer retention.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership
  • Develop and manage content such as blogs, webinars, customer success stories, and other thought leadership materials that engage prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, educational content aligned to customer needs and market trends, positioning Grace Hill as a trusted industry authority.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, GEO, digital campaigns, and multi-channel distribution to maximize reach and engagement.

Sales Enablement & Campaign Activation
  • Partner with Demand Generation to design and activate integrated campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and product adoption.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
  • Develop sales and customer enablement materials such as slide decks, brochures, one-pagers, playbooks, and other content to help accelerate pipeline conversion, renewals, and software upgrades.
  • Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence and provide tools that empower the sales and customer success teams.
  • Track and report on KPIs for product marketing and content performance, using data to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, customer success and product initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 4+ years in product marketing or content marketing management.
  • Proven track record developing go-to-market strategies and executing successful product launches.
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on ability to create and execute marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Multifamily prop-tech experience a plus
  • Experience in category building a plus
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
