Job Overview:

The Sr. Product Analyst will primarily contribute to the enhancement, delivery, and continued success of our LEAP Datapacks LPL. This role involves acting as a member of a well-formed team, operating as a Product Owner, executing monthly Datapacks validation processes, generating and delivering Datapacks files, and assisting business partners in research and proof of concepts (POCs).

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data from various sources to identify, create and validate the data in LEAP Datapacks

  • Perform UAT and work with Tech partners to identify and resolve the issues.

  • Collaborate with business users as well as technology partners to build the most impactful and feasible solutions possible.

  • Member of Well-formed team creating user stories, prioritize stories and participate in UAT

  • Execute the monthly Datapacks validation process

  • Generate and deliver adhoc Datapacks

  • Assist business partners with research and validation

  • Conduct data analysis by creating and modifying snowflake Queries

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in data management, data governance, business intelligence and analytics, or similar.

  • 5+ years and expert level use of reading and coding in SQL.

  • 1+ years’ experience with business intelligence tools and report development in tools like Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI etc.

Preferences:

  • Wealth management and wealth advisory services industry experience.

  • Proven experience in individual contributor-level data management roles like data analyst, data modeler, data pipeline engineer, BI analyst, or developer.

  • Prior experience in a data product management role

  • Agile and lean delivery methods and associated tools like Confluence, Jira, etc.

  • Solid understanding of relational, star, snowflake data modeling.


     

    Pay Range:

    $78,375-$130,625/year
     
    Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
