What We DoPerforms post-closing, escrow and/or title functions and other related functions to assist agency operations in servicing clientele.

Essential Functions

  • Provides a wide range of support to assigned area
  • Prepare files
  • Review and audit documents for compliance and accuracy
  • Ensure that files are complete and obtain missing documents
  • Track status
  • Prepare policies
  • Document recordings
  • Prepare escrow disbursements
  • May act as the team’s resource and subject matter expert
  • Follow department’s processes and procedures in daily activities, actively identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
  • Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives

  • Tasks are generally more complex in nature and usually involve evaluation, originality, and judgment

Supervision Received or Extended

  • No formal supervisory responsibility but is resource to less experienced team members
  • Works under general supervision applying well established techniques, procedures, or specific standards

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Strong knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of function/department/field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the department level
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Typical Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred

Typical Range of Experience

  • 3-5 years of directly related experience

License or Certification

  • List as needed for department/position

The pay range for this role is $43,100.00 - $57,450.00

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
