What We Need  

As Synapse continues to scale and enhance its market-leading technology platform, the Senior Business Process & Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the end-to-end order lifecycle. This role blends process optimization, root cause analysis, and cross-functional program management to create scalable, tech-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.  You’ll partner with stakeholders across Network, Solutions & Implementation (S&I), Product & Technology (P&T), and Operations to map current-state workflows, design future-state processes, and implement improvements that reduce improve the order flow experience, improve quality, and increase productivity. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines analytical rigor with strategic thought partnership. 

What You Will Do 

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and standardize workflows for scalability. 
  • Document and redesign desired-state workflows across the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. 
  • Utilize operational data and performance metrics to uncover trends, prioritize improvement opportunities, and measure impact post-implementation. 
  • Develop structured workplans with clear owners, milestones, and KPIs to drive accountability and ensure timely execution of improvement projects. 
  • Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence of operational issues. 
  • Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to translate process requirements into system enhancements and automation opportunities. 
  • Support change management efforts, including adoption planning, communication strategies, and training documentation to ensure successful rollout of new processes and tools. 
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and enabling teams with self-serve analytics and process documentation. 

What You Have 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations strategy roles. 
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification strongly preferred. 
  • Experienced in Kaizen facilitation 
  • Strong Excel and VBA macro skills; experience with large dataset normalization. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and multiple priorities. 
  • Healthcare or DME industry experience is preferred.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $100,800-$138,600 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
