Overview

The Sr. Principal, Sales & Revenue Performance Analytics is a key leadership role responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic direction to support business decisions. This role involves managing and analyzing large datasets, developing performance dashboards, and ensuring accurate reporting to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business decisions.
• Salesforce Performance: Utilize Salesforce.com for data extraction, management, and end-to-end sales process reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives.
• Forecasting: Create forecasting tools and metrics. Analyze revenue quota, forecast, and budget variance in partnership with Sales and Post-Sales leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 7-10 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related field.
• Proven track record of supporting revenue operations and providing insights that drive business decisions.
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM tools, including data extraction, management, and reporting.
• Skilled in using Power BI for creating dashboards, data visualization, and generating actionable insights.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company is preferred.
• Familiarity with other data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service.

US Range Information: 

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in the United States and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $102,000.00 -- $120,000.00 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions. 

Canada Range Information: 

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $100,000.00 -- $115,000.00 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
