Job Description

INTRODUCTION:

As a member of the Revenue team, the Sr. Principal of Analytics & Reporting will be a part of a nimble, Private Equity backed company, in which team members act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team. Revenue plays a vital, highly valued role by providing data-driven insights to operationalize initiatives and execute on commercial performance.   ABC Fitness is a leading SaaS and Services provider to the Health and Fitness Industry.  If you are looking for a dynamic role with the ability to make an impact on the future direction of the company, and support transformational growth, this opportunity is for you.  Our highly collaborative environment means you will be working with a diverse group of talented people who are continuously innovating and improving.  ABC Fitness is focusing on SaaS products and billing services and we need strong Business Analytics professionals to support analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and governance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support the Sr. Director, Analytics & Reporting in the preparation and maintenance of new revenue acquisition plans, related resource allocation, and related compensation planning.
  • Perform revenue quota, forecast and budget variance analysis in partnership with Sales and Post-Sales leaders including detailed explanation of performance, associated ongoing risks and actions planned across the team
  • Support the Revenue Leadership team with Monthly Operations Review and other periodic reporting to inform stakeholders and the Executive Team
  • Manage and maintain the commercial description of revenue models and key performance indicators for our SaaS and Payments/FinTech portfolio including cost of acquisition, lifetime value, cost ratio, magic number, payback period calculation, and unit economic calculations by business segments and regions.
  • Contribute to deal and customer pro forma modeling, time to revenue planning, acquisition costing and delivery resource allocation and planning.  Govern see-through ROI on Sales acquisition and ongoing customer accounts.
  • Assist in driving disciplined efficiency and productivity emphasizing managerial visibility and participation in KPI management across the Revenue Leadership Team.  Leverage best practices to support Revenue Leadership decision making.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs in partnership with the Sr Director of Analytics & Reporting that guide the Revenue Organization in improving its competitive position, topline growth and profitability that align with ABC’s business and profitability objectives

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 10-12+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or business analytics with experience building revenue models
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a face paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to accept new challenges, with a high level of curiosity and creativity as it relates to new projects and finding solutions to problems.
  • Effective communication and cross functional business partnering. Ability to present to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
  • Financial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Salesforce.com, Financial Force, Gainsight and other revenue-related applications experience preferred.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in the United States and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $132,000 -- $140,000 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions. 

 

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $121,000 -- $156,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
