Job Description
Global Fuels is enhancing its pricing strategy by integrating advanced AI and proprietary analytics tools. We are seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to:
• Implement Enhanced Pricing Methodologies: Facilitate the adoption of advanced pricing principles that leverage AI, price optimization, and microeconomic fundamentals.
• Change Management & Training: Coordinate change management initiatives and support training by delivering clear documentation to ensure predictable, steady adoption of new methodologies across Business Units.
• Data Analysis & Management: Analyze internal and external data to generate actionable insights and manage data to ensure clean, accurate, and current information supports pricing models.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Global Tech, Data Science, BU Leadership, and Software Vendors to support decision-making, solve complex problems, and execute process improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement ongoing process enhancements and system improvements through proactive feedback and best practices, ensuring pricing strategies remain competitive.
A solid understanding of fuel pricing factors, especially microeconomic principles like price elasticities and optimization—is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert in advanced pricing methodologies, leveraging AI and microeconomic fundamentals.
• Deliver training on new pricing approaches, developing clear documentation and supporting materials.
• Provide actionable pricing insights to BU Fuel teams and Global Fuels through advanced data analytics.
• Ensure pricing models utilize clean, accurate, and current data by overseeing data management processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with BU and project teams to optimize training and support continuous improvement.
• Build strong, decision-driving relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Tech, Data Science, BU Leadership, and Software Vendors.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to support capability development and monitor market dynamics.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years (ideally 3+ years for a senior role) of experience in fuel pricing, analytics, or data science, with demonstrable experience in pricing strategy or optimization.
• At least 1 year of experience driving change management initiatives and delivering training programs, ensuring new methodologies are seamlessly adopted.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Tech, Data Science, BU Leadership, and Software Vendors).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
