We are actively seeking a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Position Summary

Drive marketing programs and execution through partners. Manage the marketing relationship and deliverables with selected partners including deploying and executing marketing programs, with partner events, general and targeted and branding support. Develop and own the go-to-market execution of partner marketing activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and campaigns with partners at scale with a recognized industry leader.
  • Manage the marketing relationship and deliverables with partners including defining marketing opportunities, collateral development, joint messaging, enablement for field sales and campaign management.
  • Drive incremental revenue and the acquisition and retention of profitable customers by delivering effective channel marketing campaigns.
  • Work with partner team to drive tactical revenue opportunities.
  • Evaluate and summarize data into actionable recommendations in partnership with product marketing and sales colleagues throughout the organization.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage the marketing development funds of partners.
  • Liaise with the internal creative and content team to create compelling and cohesive content and packaging to develop strong and compelling communications and programs to, though, and with partners.
  • Plan, create, deploy, and coordinate events with partners to customers where Rimini Street generates demand with the partners.
  • Maintain and update general market communications about Rimini Street partners and program performance.
  • Maintain and update targeted partner communications related to general demand generation activities, marketing programs, products, events etc.
  • General instruction on routine tasks, detailed instruction on new assignments.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions or to recommend alternative resolutions.
  • Responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (master’s degree preferred), business, or related field required.

Experience

  • Requires 6-8 years of professional marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferably in the IT industry. Working knowledge of our MarTech stack - SFDC, Marketo, and Smartsheet.
  • Expert communicator and collaborator.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders to drive a project or program to success.

Skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior sales leaders within the organization.
  • Expert problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive engagement with key strategic partners as well as design more scalable programs for the breadth channel.
  • A solid understanding of the industry: products, players and current/emerging technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting and campaign development and execution.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive decision making in teams, stakeholders, and partners.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience. 

Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 109k - 138k depending on skills and experience.
