SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our team as the Sr. Partner Experience & Enablement Manager. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute external enablement strategies that empower partners, drive revenue growth, and strengthen the overall partner ecosystem. You will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful programs and resources that ensure our partners are equipped to succeed. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling partner enablement initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner Enablement Programs 

  • Design and implement enablement and sales play resources to support product launches, equipping partners with the tools and knowledge to effectively position Wiz solutions in the market. 
  • Organize and execute impactful partner training programs to engage and educate partners on Wiz’s solutions, sales strategies, and market opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement programs with product marketing, sales, and business development priorities. 

Partner Experience 

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the Partner Portal and Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience. 
  • Develop a unique and competitive partner onboarding experience, providing partners with the resources needed to thrive as an extension of Wiz’s Revenue Teams. 
  • Create content and resources for key partner events, including the Partner Advisory Board (PAB) and Partner Summit, ensuring alignment with business goals and partner needs. 
  • Develop and manage partner incentives, promotions, and programs that drive engagement and revenue growth. 
  • Measure the success and readiness of partners through RAMP and performance metrics. 

Sales Enablement Resources 

  • Develop and launch partner-specific sales eLearning modules to enhance partner knowledge and enablement. 
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and collateral that align with Wiz’s sales process, driving consistency and effectiveness in partner engagements. 
  • Support verticalized and strategic big-bet initiatives through targeted enablement programs and resources. 

Partner Engagement at Events 

  • Manage partner involvement at critical Wiz events, such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO) and Halftime events, ensuring their contributions align with strategic goals and maximize impact. 
  • Collaborate with the Global Revenue Enablement team to develop partner-focused content for internal and external engagements. 
  • Support planning and execution of webinars, QBRs, and other partner-facing events. 

Additional Responsibilities 

  • Lead a team of coordinators to deliver high-impact enablement programs and events. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner enablement, partner marketing, or a similar role. 
  • Expertise with Partner Portals, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management Systems (CMS). 
  • Demonstrated success in creating enablement programs that drive partner engagement and revenue growth. 
  • Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner dynamics, and enablement best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and represent Wiz at key events.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range

$151,000$208,000 USD
