  • Serve as the senior technical authority and escalation point for enterprise network and telecommunications systems.
  • Develop and implement engineering roadmaps, modernization initiatives, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Oversee network architecture, design, implementation, and optimization, ensuring compliance with NASA and federal cybersecurity standards.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, mission-critical LAN/WAN/Voice infrastructures.
  • Deep understanding of network architecture, routing/switching, VoIP systems, network security, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams in complex, high-visibility environments.

  • Industry certifications in networking, eg. Juniper, Cisco CCNA or CCNP
  • Familiarity with cloud networking, software-defined networking (SDN), and mission network environments.

At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”

If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
