The Senior Multimedia Engineer will play a key role in supporting and advancing MetLife's multimedia infrastructure. This position is responsible for engineering, administration, and project management across Conference Room Technology, Collaboration Services, Digital Signage, and IPTV. The role also contributes to business process automation, issue resolution, and documentation of systems and procedures. This is a full-time hybrid role based at MetLife's Global Technology office in Cary, NC.

The expected salary range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage new multimedia installation projects and lifecycle upgrade initiatives across the enterprise.
- Champion multimedia tools adoption by educating users, promoting best practices, and leading training sessions.
- Configure and troubleshoot multimedia applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, including control systems, IPTV, digital signage, and AV conferencing components.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Utilize Webex Control Hub for diagnostics and support.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, release notes, and user guides.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to multimedia environments.
- Provide advanced support for IT operations in remote network environments, including system and software troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support (servers, networks).
- 5+ years of experience with Cisco and MTR conferencing solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with IPTV and digital signage platforms.
- Proven experience managing small to medium multimedia projects.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Crestron and Extron control systems.
- Familiarity with digital signage/content management platforms and IPTV technologies.
- Exposure to endpoint performance monitoring platforms.
- Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Experience supporting live production and executive-level events.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Experience generating reports with Power BI.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory and LDAP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Experience with Windows & Linux servers, Cisco networking, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Background in insurance or financial services industries.
