Your Impact
The Senior Manager of Pro Credit Servicing leads the strategy, operations, and performance management of servicing functions supporting Pro credit products. What You Will Do
- Lead servicing operations for Pro credit products, ensuring efficient execution across customer support, payments, account management, and issue resolution.
- Drive operational excellence through performance management, process optimization, automation, and strong partnership with Synchrony.
- Champion a customer-centric servicing model that delivers responsive support, effective issue resolution, and strong relationship management.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to align servicing capabilities with the needs of Pro and enterprise customers.
- Collaborate across Product, Technology, Finance, and external partners to enhance servicing capabilities and support business growth.
- Drive implementation of new systems, operational models, and strategic initiatives that improve customer engagement and portfolio performance.
- Oversee third-party servicing vendors and ensure SLA's are achieved.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Drive team performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring results, providing ongoing feedback, and recognizing achievements to ensure delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth within financial services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 8 years of experience in credit servicing, financial services operations, retail credit, commercial credit or related operational leadership roles.
- 3 years leadership experience managing large teams and or complex servicing operations
Preferred Skills/Education
- Strong understanding of credit servicing operations and portfolio management
- Demonstrated experience leading process improvement and operational transformation initiatives
