- Consulting with business leaders and employees, leveraging data to provide guidance and solutions to issues.
- Partnering with respective client groups to understand the business challenges, support talent recruitment and drive initiatives to reach business goals and objectives.
- Collaborating/communicating with broader HR team members and key stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives, create new, and improve existing processes.
- Overseeing all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently.
- Training and coaching people leaders on performance management, annual processes, career development while providing other necessary leadership tools.
- Using knowledge of employee benefit programs to communicate and oversee annual enrollment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 7+ years of Human Resources experience
- 3+ years in a management role
- HR Business Partner/Generalist experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Skills:
- Strong PC skills - expert in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations.
- Skilled in data analysis to support HR and/or business to make informed decisions.
- Abilities:
- Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
- Capable of building strong relationships with peers, business partners and other stakeholders.
- Travel Ability:
- Limited travel
- Hybrid Schedule:
- Four days in-office weekly
