As we continue to scale our pay-per-call channel, we are seeking a senior-level media partnerships leader to drive strategic growth, performance optimization, and industry expansion within this critical revenue stream.

The Role

The Sr. Media Partnerships Manager will lead and grow a portfolio of high-impact pay-per-call media partners and distribution relationships. This individual will operate as both a strategic revenue owner and industry expert, responsible for scaling profitable traffic, strengthening partner relationships, and driving innovation within QuoteWizard’s call-based acquisition programs.

This role is ideal for someone deeply experienced in the pay-per-call ecosystem who understands the operational, technical, and compliance nuances required to scale performance media sustainably.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Revenue Ownership

  • Own revenue and margin targets across a portfolio of pay-per-call media partners.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to scale call volume while maintaining profitability.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across verticals, traffic sources, and buyer demand.
  • Negotiate pricing, payouts, volume tiers, and commercial agreements.

Media & Traffic Optimization

  • Analyze performance metrics including call duration, transfer rates, conversion rates, margin, and partner ROI.
  • Optimize bid strategies, routing logic, IVR flows, and call qualification criteria to maximize yield.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate traffic quality and uncover scaling opportunities.
  • Implement structured testing frameworks to improve monetization and performance.

Industry Expertise & Market Leadership

  • Leverage deep knowledge of the pay-per-call ecosystem, including:
    • Call tracking platforms (Ringba, Invoca, Retreaver, etc.)
    • Call routing strategies and buyer waterfall optimization
    • Traffic acquisition channels (search, social, native, display, arbitrage)
    • TCPA, DNC, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Monitor competitive market dynamics and pricing trends.
  • Provide strategic input into product enhancements and operational improvements that strengthen QuoteWizard’s marketplace position.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as senior point of contact for key media partners.
  • Conduct business reviews to present performance insights and growth strategies.
  • Build long-term, strategic partnerships aligned on scale, compliance, and profitability.
  • Identify and onboard new high-potential partners within the pay-per-call ecosystem.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all traffic meets internal compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with compliance and legal teams to mitigate risk.
  • Proactively monitor fraud, call quality issues, and traffic anomalies.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in pay-per-call, performance marketing, or affiliate media partnerships.
  • Proven track record owning revenue targets and scaling profitable call campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of call tracking technology, routing logic, IVR configuration, and buyer waterfalls.
  • Experience negotiating pricing structures (CPC, CPA, CPL, rev share) and margin management.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated verticals.
  • Background working within a marketplace or aggregator model.
  • Experience managing both publisher-side and buyer-side dynamics.
  • Familiarity with LendingTree or QuoteWizard business models.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

LendingTree is the nation’s largest online lending marketplace. That means we connect customers with multiple lenders, so they find the best deals on loans, credit cards, savings accounts and insurance. Our goal is to help people save money, and we believe the best way to do that is by giving them a way to shop for loans and compare lenders, so they make their best financial choices.

Our founder, Doug Lebda, founded the company in 1996 after a frustrating house-hunting experience. In those days, we mostly helped people find good mortgage deals. Now, we help consumers find their best in personal loans, auto loans, business loans, student loans, credit cards, savings accounts, home equity loans and more.

The base pay range for this position in Seattle/New York/Colorado/California is $120,000-$160,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on internal factors, job-related knowledge, and experience.
