What success looks like in this role:

  • Design and Grow the C-Level Community
    • Build, nurture, and manage an exclusive peer-to-peer network for C-level executives that fosters ongoing engagement.
    • Develop community programs that enable knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and relationship building among top industry leaders.
    • Implement and own community measurement frameworks to demonstrate value to both members and the business.
  • C-Level Executive Events
    • Strategize, plan, and execute high-touch, invitation-only events tailored for C-suite audiences, including roundtables, summits, and networking experiences.
    • Collaborate with sales and executive sponsors to identify key attendees and event objectives.
    • Oversee event logistics, speaker management, content curation, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns
    • Develop and execute tailored C-level lead generation campaigns, leveraging content, digital, and in-person experiences to drive qualified pipeline.
    • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Communications teams to create impactful, executive messaging and offers that resonate with the executive segment.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously optimize reach and effectiveness.
  • C-Level  Relationship Development
    • Create and operationalize a programmatic approach for the C-level team to initiate and nurture strategic relationships with CIOs and other key C-level stakeholders at existing clients and prospect organizations.
    • Design outreach frameworks, engagement playbooks, and tailored communication strategies to drive executive-level connections.
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and prepare briefing materials to equip executives for high-impact outreach.
    • Track, analyze, and report on relationship development efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership for all C-level community and event initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong executive relationships within target accounts.
    • Provide strategic insights and market intelligence gathered from the C-level network to inform go-to-market strategy.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on executive or field/event marketing.
  • Top notch written and verbal communications skills, executive writing experience, and presentation best practices and coaching are needed to support senior-level leaders
  • Proven success building or managing C-suite engagement programs, communities, and events.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and executive stakeholder skills.
  • Skilled in developing high-quality executive content and experiences for senior audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Results-oriented, data-driven, and highly organized.
