Sr. Manager, HR - Workforce Insights & Planning at a glance...
You will be responsible for building the workforce planning strategy through workforce analytics and building workforce planning capabilities within the NA P&P Operations team.
What's on the menu?
  • Partner closely with leaders to understand current challenges and develop analytical strategies to drive insights that guide business decision making.
  • Utilize analytical problem-solving to draw insights and recommendations from data in order to translate data findings into practical recommendations.
  • Build workforce planning strategy based on analytics and insights consolidated through various inputs.
  • Develop technical analyses and polished presentations that simplify and summarize complicated people issues for leadership or non-technical audiences in a digestible format.
  • Develop tools and analytics solutions that assess the health of the organization across multiple applications.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships across a diverse set of collaborators across the organization including Operations, People Analytics, and People & Performance teams.

  • I have experience with external benchmarking especially related to labor and employment.
  • I have experience in data analytics and process improvement.
  • I have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • I have a proven ability to communicate data and insights to varying levels of the organization.
  • I have working knowledge of Workday, Tableau, Jira, Kronos, and MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel and MS powerpoint.
  • I maintain effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, and have the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • I work effectively with those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
