  • Advocate for the voice of the customer through research and feedback loops
  • Hire, onboard, and develop designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Support broader UX Department initiatives by helping improve team processes, strengthen design culture, and contribute to ongoing upskilling and professional development efforts

What You Bring

  • Strength in UX strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate ambiguity and advocate for design at every level
  • Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, and comfort working with distributed teams

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with revenue technology, sales enablement, or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience leading an all-remote team (not just hybrid)
  • Experience designing for AI-driven or data-rich products
