The Senior Regional Services Manager leads Iberia regional team of consultants/architects delivering Dynatrace Professional Services engagements across EMEA, with a base in Barcelona. This leader is accountable for team performance, delivery quality, and customer outcomes, while developing talent and coordinating closely with Sales and SSD in Iberia and ROE.

Purpose of the Role:

Build, coach, and lead a high-performing regional services team, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, strong customer outcomes, and career growth for team members, acting as the day-to-day PS leader for Iberia and ROE regions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages day-to-day PS leader for Iberia and ROE regions. Ensures consistent delivery quality and adherence to Dynatrace methodologies across customer engagements.
  • Partners with Sales and SSD to plan resourcing and prioritize high-value engagements.
  • Coaches and mentors team members, driving skill growth and career progression.
  • Escalates and resolves delivery risks, resourcing conflicts, and customer issues.
  • Contributes to regional strategy and reports on team/portfolio health to the Regional Services Director.

What will help you succeed

Required skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in a people-management role.
  • Strong understanding of Dynatrace technology and Services delivery.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Spanish/English).
  • Based in Barcelona; ability to travel regionally.
