Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations Enterprise Informatics - North America (TN, MA, WA)
As part of the North America Region Integrated Supply Chain Organization, the Sr Manager Revenue operations role is an integral part of the Revenue & Sales Operations team. The role will be the critical point in managing forecasting and optimization across the Enterprise Informatics business in North America.
Your role:
Creating Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for the assigned planning horizon, BU and/or Customer Planning Groups by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance, and adjacent functions
Reviewing and analyzing historical sales trends, sell out, stock-in-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results
Leading conversation with North America Sales and Business Group Leadership, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input on order intake and revenue
Along with relevant functions, you will create and communicate gap closing scenarios
Establishing a responsive, agile supply chain relationship by translating current demand planning strategy and driving alignment where appropriate.
Supporting all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating, and revising the forecast for Customer Forecast Review Meeting, Business Integration Meeting and/or Market Leadership meeting. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs
Collaborating with Operations & Sales Leadership to track and develop plans to close gaps and provide regular progress reports.
Supporting Operations Leadership with detailed forecasting models accompanied with deep level of analysis to support revenue and inventory forecasts
Preparing executive-style reports around revenue, inventory, and other ad-hoc requests to support performance results and outlook
Developing and implementing standard way of working with cross-functional organizations around inventory management
Maintaining KPI’s that measure success of objectives that drive continuous improvement in the S&OP, Project Management, and Sales space (i.e., Lean / Six Sigma)
Having responsibility for all miscellaneous Commercial Operations-related activity and support tied to revenue, inventory, and other key business objectives
You're the right fit if:
You have acquired a minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's or Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Revenue Operations, Analytics or equivalent. Including experience with Forecasting.
Your skills include strong organizational skills, ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders, Ability to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment, ability to drive continuous improvement in a matrixed environment

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA and Bothell, WA is $126,000 to $200,000
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $112,000 to $180,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
