As we expand our marketing team to maximize the opportunity in front of us, we are looking for an exceptional Sr. Manager, Product Marketing reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing. This is a highly visible role for a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset. You will own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring Syndigo’s products stand out in the market and resonate with buyers. You will partner closely with sales, product management, and the broader marketing team to drive growth, influence the market, and enable our teams to succeed. We are seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Market and competitive intelligence: Continuously research Syndigo’s market, buyers, and competitors. Distill market and competitive insights into clear recommendations and communicate findings to influence strategy and execution. 
  • Messaging and positioning: Develop compelling product/persona positioning and differentiation that resonate with Syndigo’s target audiences and align to business outcomes. 
  • Content and storytelling: Create high-quality, engaging content (datasheets, whitepapers, buyers guides, videos, webinars, presentations) that drives demand, creates awareness, shapes industry perspective and unique POV, and supports campaigns. 
  • Go-to-market leadership: Lead GTM planning and execution for new products, features, and services. Own the product marketing strategy across the entire lifecycle, from launch to adoption to expansion. 
  • Collaborate with Sales enablement: Build and refine product collateral, competitive battlecards, and partner with the sales enablement team to align on needs and equip teams with tools to win. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring alignment on vision, priorities, and execution.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing; experience in data management, commerce, or retail tech preferred. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing GTM strategies, launching products, and enabling sales teams. 
  • Proven expertise in B2B SaaS product marketing with a focus on positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy. 
  • Experience in multi-product environments, point solutions, and end-to-end platforms required 
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts and tailor to different audiences. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and can balance between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. 
  • Excellent content creation skills across written, presentation and visual formats. 
  • Experience collaborating across sales, product management, and other marketing teams.  
  • Prior experience integrating GTM strategies after acquisitions preferred.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into strategy and action. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects to completion. 

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

Budgeted Salary Range is:
$120,000$150,000 USD
