About the role:
We’re looking for a strategic and future-forward innovator to take the reins on our 5+ year consumer experience roadmap within Food Preparation—guiding the development of groundbreaking experiences across both physical and digital products.
This role is about pushing the boundaries of how we cook, live, and connect at home. From idea inception to execution, you’ll use consumer insights to fuel experience-led innovations that elevate everyday life. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and strategy—this is where your impact begins.
What you’ll do:
As the Senior Manager, Product Innovation and Planning, you’ll lead the charge to envision and deliver future-forward solutions for North American consumers. You’ll shape and guide innovation, integrate insights, and forge a strategy that connects global technologies to local experiences.
In detail, you will:
Own and evolve the Food Preparation consumer experience roadmap.
Set insight research priorities and apply findings across technologies and product strategies.
Champion experience-led innovation from concept through go-to-market.
Influence global technology direction by representing North American consumer needs.
Drive the strategy behind product claims and feature storytelling.
Align cross-category feature strategies and collaborate across Business Areas.
Analyze competitor innovations and trends to inform internal strategy.
Deliver impactful digital user stories and a connected product experience roadmap.
Coordinate and align NA product pipeline planning efforts.
Who you are:
A four-year college degree is required
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Product Management/Marketing, Merchandising, Innovation Management, Brand Management
Relevant experience in durable goods manufacturing, preferably home appliances
Strong communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
Where you’ll be:
This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina. Occasional travel may be required to coordinate product plans or collaborate with global colleagues.
