OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Manager, PPM - Ways of Working (WoW) is responsible for translating the enterprise digital operating model into scalable, repeatable, and actionable delivery practices across Technology and transformation teams for both organizations. This role serves as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and outcomes, ensuring that how work is planned, executed, governed, and measured is consistent, transparent, and aligned to enterprise objectives. 

 

As the owner of standardized ways of working, this person designs, deploys, and sustains common delivery frameworks, role definitions, governance rituals, and performance measures that drive clarity, accountability, and execution discipline across complex, crossfunctional initiatives. This includes embedding best practices into daytoday execution, enabling teams to work more effectively together, and ensuring that delivery practices can scale as the organization evolves. 

 

Operating as a senior program leader within the Technology Integration Management Office (TIMO), you will establish measurable objectives, operating cadences, governance frameworks, and integrated reporting that support informed decisionmaking at all levels. The role partners closely with technology, business, transformation, and functional leaders to align expectations, surface risks and dependencies early, and promote consistent execution across the portfolio. 

 

Success in this role requires strong relationshipbuilding skills, strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence and align leaders across functions without direct authority.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Ways of Working Design & Evolution 
Lead the end-to-end design, definition, and continuous evolution of enterprise ways of working aligned to the digital operating model. Translate strategic principles into scalable delivery practices, establish role clarity and execution standards, and continuously assess maturity to drive improvement. 

2. Adoption Enablement, Change Management, and Capability Building 
Drive sustained adoption through structured change management, training, and coaching. Address behavioral and operational barriers, embed practices into daily execution, and reinforce expectations through leadership alignment and enablement materials. 

3. Delivery Integration, Tooling Alignment, and Execution Enablement 
Partner with delivery leaders, agile enablement teams, and tooling owners to embed ways of working into execution models and platforms. Ensure alignment between defined standards and how work is planned, tracked, executed, and reported. 

4. Governance, Measurement, and Continuous Improvement 
Establish governance structures, success metrics, and review cadences to monitor adoption and effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions. 

5. Cross-Functional Leadership Enablement and Execution Support 
Serve as a senior partner to Technology, product, program, and enablement leaders. Provide guidance, facilitation, and problem-solving support across complex initiatives while reinforcing consistent enterprise execution.

 

6. Leadership & People Development 
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing delivery team through coaching, training, and goal setting Promote career growth and knowledge sharing across the team Ensure resource utilization is optimized and aligned with evolving business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 - 15 Years of experience in Program or portfolio management within technology or a related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams or managing people.

  • Proven success interpreting business strategy and translating it into actionable portfolio plans and measurable outcomes.

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
