Your Impact
The Senior Manager, Partnerships for Lowe's Media Network (LMN) leads the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact partnerships that accelerate LMN's revenue growth, innovation roadmap, and offering diversification. This role owns a portfolio of strategic, commercial, and experimental partnerships spanning non-endemic, media, and inventory - ensuring each delivers measurable value for Lowe's, vendor partners, and customers. The Senior Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a multi-year partnership roadmap aligned to LMN's vision and long-range plan. The role leads end-to-end evaluation and deal execution for new opportunities-including market and competitive benchmarking, strategic and technical diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation. This position serves as a senior subject-matter expert and strategic advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners, driving scale, operational excellence, and sustained partner performance across the LMN ecosystem.

What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain a multi-year partnership roadmap aligned to LMN's vision and long-range plan, including annual operating plans and investment priorities.
- Segment partner ecosystem (core platforms, strategic growth partners, experimental/emerging) and define differentiated engagement models, governance, and investment levels.
- Lead joint business planning with top partners to set shared revenue, innovation, and product goals; translate into clear workplans, milestones, and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain partner governance processes, including RFP/RFI evaluation, partner tiers, onboarding checklists, and annual partner reviews.
- Build and run a structured intake and evaluation process for new partner pitches and opportunities, including market scans and competitive intelligence benchmarking across retail media networks.
- Conduct strategic fit assessments, technical feasibility and integration complexity reviews, and end-to-end financial modeling/business cases.
- Lead cross-functional diligence and approvals with legal, sourcing, product tech, data analytics, finance, digital and store operations to ensure operational readiness and scalability.
- Own or co-lead commercial negotiations and contracting agreements.
- Maintain a consolidated repository of contracts, service level agreements, scopes of work, onboarding artifacts, and partner performance history; ensure documentation supports auditability and continuity.
- Run regular business reviews with major platform partners, leveraging scorecards and action plans to optimize performance, unblock issues, and drive innovation.
- Partner closely with LMN sales, planning, marketing, merchandising, and operations to align partner capabilities to go-to-market priorities and ensure expectations are clearly defined and executed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 8 years of progressive experience in digital advertising, ad tech, retail media, partnerships, media, marketing, or related commercial roles
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience building business cases and financial models to support investment and approval decisions
- Experience negotiating and managing large-scale, multi-channel partnership agreements
- Experience establishing and operating partner governance processes - RFPs, onboarding, business reviews and terms management
- 3 years Leadership experience
