JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Manager, Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing key owned and partner-led marketing channels that drive brand engagement, consideration and measurable business results. This role oversees CRM, website performance, organic social and partnerships, ensuring each channel works both independently and together to create a cohesive, high impact customer experience.

This role balances strategy with execution. The Senior Manager will develop channel roadmaps, optimize performance through insights and testing and partner cross functionally with external agencies and internal shared services. This role is ideal for a marketer who can connect customer data, content, and partnerships to drive cars per day.

Key Responsibilities1. CRM & Customer Journey Execution (30%)
  • Support CRM strategy and execution in partnership with shared services, ensuring consistency across lifecycle touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop CRM-ready content that is on-brand, timely, and behavior-driving.

  • Help operationalize discount and incentive strategies in coordination with Finance, Operations, and Field Marketing.

  • Translate insights and performance data into executional improvements that drive repeat visits and customer lifetime value.

2. Owned Channels: Website, Organic Social (30%)
  • Partner with shared services and agencies to support the Take 5 website as both a brand and performance engine.

  • Assist in SEO optimization, content updates, and UX enhancements with a mobile-first mindset.

  • Run point on organic social execution – from content coordination to posting cadence.

  • Ensure all owned content reflects the Take 5 brand voice: Fast. Friendly. Simple. Human.

3. Endemic & Sports Partnerships Execution (40%)
  • Support the execution and activation of endemic and sports partnerships across digital, in-bay, and community channels.

  • Coordinate asset development, timelines, and deliverables with partners and internal teams.

  • Help track and report on partnership performance and storytelling outcomes.

  • Identify executional opportunities to bring partnerships to life in ways that feel authentic and additive to the brand.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, ideally in multi-unit retail, franchise, or service environments.

  • Experienced in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention mechanics.

  • Experience supporting website content, SEO, and owned channel execution.

  • Familiarity with social storytelling, and partnership marketing.

  • Strong organizational and process orientation with comfort managing approvals and documentation.

  • Collaborative, accountable, and energized by execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
