  • Lead structured experimentation and continuous improvement to elevate operational maturity and analytics literacy across the marketing organization.
  • Translate data into compelling executive narratives that influence Marketing, Sales, and Finance leadership.
Who You Are
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • You bring 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations, with 2+ years of people management.
  • You have a track record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing operations or analytics teams.

  • You are highly proficient with Salesforce and have built scalable lead lifecycle architecture, routing, scoring, and SLA governance.
  • You have working knowledge of Demandbase or other ABM/intent platforms and modern marketing technology stacks.
  • You are fluent in BI and visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) and comfortable in SQL working with complex datasets.
  • You have strong grounding in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, forecasting, and experimentation design.
  • You have defined and enforced data governance standards, including UTM conventions, campaign taxonomy, and lifecycle definitions.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can influence executive stakeholders and translate analytics into clear business narratives.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, set functional direction, and balance hands-on team leadership with strategic execution.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
