AECO: The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

What Makes This Role Great:

In this critical leadership position, you will move beyond simple oversight to become a true architect of sales success, directly influencing the execution of our unified Trimble Construction One (TC1) offering. You will have the unique opportunity to bridge global operations with local regional requirements, shaping how we measure performance and drive digital transformation for our customers.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead annual planning and GTM design, including the strategic implementation of sales quotas, territories, and account alignments across the global direct sales organization

  • Design and administer high-impact sales compensation plans and incentives that motivate teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets 

  • Leverage data to uncover predictive insights, identifying risks and whitespace opportunities to recommend actionable strategies to executive leadership

  • Drive overall sales productivity by removing friction for frontline teams and evaluating cutting-edge tools for the global sales tech stack

  • Partner with regional stakeholder groups to deliver localized value while maintaining data integrity within interactive sales dashboards

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in sales operations, with a strong background in performance management and data analytics

  • Expertise in the strategic design and execution of sales quotas, territories, and compensation frameworks

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of a global organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including a track record of translating complex data findings for non-technical audiences

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with leveraging machine learning and AI techniques to enhance sales processes

  • Previous experience within the construction or engineering software industry

  • Proven ability to manage and drive large-scale organizational change

Logistics:

Location: Leeds, London, Newcastle or UK - Remote

Travel Requirement: 20%
