ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you'll be the strategic architect behind Sortly's high-velocity growth engine, building upon our proven demand fulfillment foundation to scale pipeline generation and fuel our top-performing sales organization. This is a pivotal role for someone ready to make an immediate impact—you'll own the evolution of our demand generation strategy while leveraging our existing momentum to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
You'll orchestrate sophisticated, multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads to continue growing our expanding sales-assisted playbook. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives on optimizing complex funnels and delivering measurable results that directly impact company growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategic Campaign Architecture: Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid advertising, email marketing, content syndication, and events, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimal channel mix.
Pipeline Acceleration: Own lead generation targets and optimize the complete customer journey from initial awareness through sales-qualified opportunities, implementing advanced lead scoring, nurturing sequences, and conversion optimization strategies.
Performance Marketing Excellence: Work with an agency to drive paid advertising strategies across search, social, and display channels, continuously optimizing for customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and ROAS while scaling spend efficiently.
Revenue Operations Partnership: Collaborate closely with marketing operations to enhance automation workflows, attribution models, and lead management systems that ensure seamless sales handoffs and provide accurate, actionable ROI insights.
Data-Driven Optimization: Establish comprehensive measurement frameworks, conduct rigorous A/B testing, and leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance, budget allocation, and channel effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner strategically with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging, improve conversion rates, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure unified go-to-market execution.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5-7+ years of demand generation or digital marketing experience with demonstrable success driving pipeline growth in B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact
- Strong background in performance marketing optimization and budget management at scale
- Advanced proficiency in attribution tracking, funnel analysis, and ROI measurement
- Experience with sophisticated lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion optimization strategies
- Comfort with marketing technology stacks and ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
- Experience in inventory management, asset tracking, or business process solutions strongly preferred

Annual Salary: $115,000 - $175,000
