This role leads the development of integrated creative including connected television, online video, social, and digital, designed to drive performance, elevate brand storytelling, and enhance the vendor experience. This role manages a United States based creative team while partnering closely with a large global creative organization to scale high quality creative across the network.
What You Will Do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (copy, design, and video) responsible for delivering premium creative solutions across top-tier vendor campaigns.
- Own creative strategy and execution for priority vendor partnerships, ensuring a white-glove experience from concept through delivery across formats including CTV, OLV, social video, and digital placements.
- Partner with the enterprise video team to ensure participating vendors are represented accurately.
- Partner with media and client relations teams to align creative approach with media strategy, audience targeting, and full-funnel performance goals.
- Serve as a senior client-facing creative partner, confidently presenting creative concepts, video treatments, and final work to vendor stakeholders.
- Establish and uphold creative standards across all formats-static, digital, and video-ensuring alignment with Lowe's brand guidelines and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with a global creative team to scale creative production, including high-volume digital assets, while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and creative intent.
- Attend video productions as the creative representative for participating vendors.
- Leverage performance data, audience insights, and industry trends-particularly in retail media and video-to evolve creative recommendations and optimize results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Design, Film, English, Communications, or Marketing or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 8 years of experience in advertising or marketing as a Copywriter, Designer, Video Creative, or Creative Lead, with progressive leadership responsibility
- Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering integrated campaigns that include CTV, OLV, social, and standard digital display
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to present creative strategy, video concepts, and performance-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative excellence with scalability, operational efficiency, and performance outcomes
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience developing video creative for retail media, streaming, social, or eCommerce environments
- Experience working within a retail media network or performance marketing organization
- Experience partnering with global creative or production team
