About the Role:
Lyra Health is looking for an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager, Consumer Marketing to help us drive member growth and engagement for our health plan business lines. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in connecting individuals with life-changing mental health care. You will oversee the end-to-end member journey—from initial awareness and top-of-funnel acquisition to long-term lifecycle engagement. We are looking for a data-driven leader who can blend performance marketing rigor with empathetic storytelling to help Lyra reach more people than ever before.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Lead and mentor the member marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and empathy.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute comprehensive paid and organic acquisition strategies to meet aggressive growth goals within the business line.
  • Lifecycle Management: Direct the member lifecycle team to optimize onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns, ensuring members find the right care at the right time.
  • Digital Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with external digital partners and platforms to expand Lyra’s reach and presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Operations, Content, and Digital teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and the member experience.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing insights to refine channel mix, messaging, and budget allocation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or B2B2C space.
  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and developing marketing teams.
  • Acquisition Expert: Deep expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns across paid social, search, content marketing, and organic growth levers.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency with monitoring marketing analytics and a strong ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving healthcare consumer acquisition via health plan and provider referral channels.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and marketing in a regulated environment.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • A passion for mental health and transforming the healthcare landscape.
