Location/Division Specific Information
This diverse position will be in our Analytical Services Division (ASD). The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere within the United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to serve as a training and commercial enablement thought partner and to craft and deliver impactful enablement and training programs aligned with business goals. Our ASD team is transforming its business to drive unprecedented growth, and this role is critical for the team’s success.
A Day in the Life:

Develops and executes the holistic training and enablement strategy and plan in collaboration with commercial leaders and other business unit stakeholders.

Facilitates development of training and enablement materials focused on company/ product/service messaging, territory planning, internal systems, processes and selling skills/sales plays, among others, by synthesizing inputs from SMEs and other sources.

Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and deliver commercial new hire orientation and the annual global commercial meeting.

Partners with other critical stakeholder groups, including marketing, sales enablement, sales operations, and operations, who work with or support commercial efforts.

Supports change management efforts by effectively enabling the teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 7+ years)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software

Experienced in developing and delivering enablement and training on services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross-functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective

Proficient in using oral presentation and written communication skills to inform and influence strategic decisions and outcomes

Close attention to detail to deliver high quality work within project timelines

Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work is performed remotely with exposure to electrical office equipment

The role requires occasional travel for meetings
