JOB DESCRIPTION:
The B2B (Business to Business) segment of Driven Brands is focused on growing revenue through a combination of third-party affiliate partnerships, acquisition of fleet customers, and establishment of strategic partners. As the Sr. Manager B2B Sales Enablement & Insights, this role will be responsible for, among other areas: B2B sales tools, data, process management, technology, and B2B partnership support. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, as well as willingness to be tested on difficult transformation projects and initiatives.
How you will Own It:
B2B Sales Tools, Data, & Process Management
Design, implement, and optimize sales processes that enable consistent and measurable performance
Own activity-based tracking and reporting, ensuring all sales activity is logged accurately and generate insights to drive sales focus.
Develop dashboards and reporting cadence to provide visibility into sales productivity, pipeline health, and key metrics.
Translate data into actionable insights and visuals that drive sales efforts.
Partner with sales B2B leadership to establish and monitor sales goals and KPIs.
Technology & Systems Support
Serve as the business owner for sales-related technology platforms, including CRM and point of sale integrations.
Liaise between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
B2B Partnership Support
Transform complex information into succinct stories and visualizations for internal and external presentations.
Produce pitch presentations, marketing collateral, playbooks, and other tools highlighting the strategic value to attract new and enhance existing partnerships.
What you’ll Bring:
8+ years’ experience in strategy development, brand management, marketing or product management.
Experience building dashboards and reports in tools sch as Qlik, Power BI, or Excel.
Strong executive presence, professionalism, and ability to communicate with influence.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and deliver results under complexity and ambiguity.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or 10+ years of relevant professional experience in related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
Management consulting experience preferred.
