Key Responsibilities
Capacity & Business Commitment Management
  • Own area capacity and MXT commitments in support of Fab15 Business Plan objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated roadmaps covering capacity, tool readiness, equipment constraints, OEE, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify capacity and operational risks early and establish effective mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Validate planning assumptions, equipment capability, and resource requirements to ensure commitment attainment.
  • Translate engineering and operational risks into measurable impacts on output, OEE, cycle time, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Drive medium- and long-term capacity strategies that support business growth and operational stability.

Equipment Performance & Productivity Improvement
  • Lead initiatives to improve OEE, equipment availability, and overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Drive bottleneck identification and capability improvement strategies.
  • Improve tool readiness and equipment performance to maximize factory output.
  • Deliver measurable productivity and cost improvements through sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Promote equipment life extension, refurbishment, reuse, and asset optimization strategies.
  • Ensure improvement benefits are quantified, verified, and sustained.

Manufacturing Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead Area MXT programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead cross-area Best Known Method (BKM) deployment and standardization.
  • Establish performance management systems that focus on business impact and benefit realization.
  • Ensure successful sustainment and replication of proven improvements across the fab.

Digital, Data Analytics & AI Enablement
  • Partner with DX/SIA organizations to improve business performance through AI, automation, analytics, and digital solutions.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for improving equipment performance, OEE, capacity, and productivity.
  • Promote data-driven decision making across engineering and manufacturing organizations.
  • Ensure digital initiatives are effectively adopted and generate measurable operational benefits.
  • Connect digital investments to tangible business outcomes including output, productivity, OEE, cost, and operational stability.

People Leadership
  • Develop and coach M1 managers and engineering leaders.
  • Build organizational capability and strengthen technical expertise within the team.
  • Develop succession plans and future leadership pipelines.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Create an environment where risks are identified early, discussed openly, and addressed proactively.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fab capacity planning and manufacturing excellence programs.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement, MXT, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Experience with automation, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience in equipment refurbishment, lifecycle management, and asset optimization.
  • Experience deploying BKMs across multiple manufacturing areas or sites.
  • Experience managing global or cross-site projects.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect engineering initiatives to operational and financial performance.
