About the Job: The Sr. Manager – Alliances & Business Development plays a pivotal role in scaling Zone & Co’s global partner ecosystem through strategic collaboration with global and national consulting firms, advisory firms, and industry associations. This position drives high-impact relationships that expand market reach, strengthen Zone’s influence within the finance, accounting, and private equity ecosystems, and generate measurable revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead execution of joint marketing and GTM initiatives with consulting/advisory partners to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Oversee account mapping, deal registration, and pipeline attribution through PRM/CRM systems.
  • Develop and manage frameworks for partner onboarding, enablement, and relationship governance.
  • Collaborate with Enablement to deliver training programs and partner certifications across regions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Zone’s solution portfolio and differentiators within the NetSuite and fintech SaaS landscape.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify partnership trends and emerging ecosystem opportunities.
  • Manage quarterly and annual business reviews with key partners to assess progress, identify growth areas, and refine joint GTM strategies.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to structure, negotiate, and manage strategic alliance agreements.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support new partnerships and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes for joint client engagements.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across the Alliances organization.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnership management — ideally within SaaS, ERP, or consulting ecosystems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar).
  • Proven track record managing relationships with global consulting or advisory firms and driving measurable revenue through partner channels.
  • Deep understanding of the finance, accounting, and ERP landscape, including NetSuite and complementary technologies.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution.
  • Experience leading global initiatives in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
  • High business acumen with the ability to connect alliance initiatives to commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
