Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze performance gaps
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to junior learning specialists
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years of sales training or related field
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs
- Expert knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure training effectiveness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
