In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architecture solutions that ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability across the organization. Your expertise in Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), Master Data Management (MDM), and Informatica Product 360 will be essential in driving our data strategy and supporting business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions for the S4 transformation project, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) strategies, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and reporting capabilities.
  • Implement Master Data Management (MDM) practices to maintain data quality and consistency across various systems and platforms.
  • Utilize Informatica Product 360 to enhance data integration, management, and governance processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure seamless data flow between systems, including S4 and other enterprise applications.
  • Oversee data migration projects, ensuring successful transfer of data to the S4 environment while maintaining data integrity and minimizing downtime.
  • Evaluate and recommend database technologies that best fit the organization’s data architecture needs, including relational and non-relational databases.
  • Establish data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data architects and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and optimize data architecture performance, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data architecture, data management, and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
QualificationsDue to U.S. export control laws, candidate must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylum/refugee status) or able to obtain an export authorization.YOU MUST HAVE
  • Strong experience in data architecture, specifically with EDW platforms and MDM.
  • Expertise in Informatica Product 360 platform and its application in data management.
  • Extensive knowledge of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proven experience with S4 data migration projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of data mapping and transformation processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
