What success looks like in this role:
• Performs Inside Sales duties for larger more complex clients.
• Leverages relationships with new and existing clients to sell, upsell and increase revenue within an assigned territory.
• Plays a lead role in targeting and cultivating key clients and relationships.
• Prospects, builds and manages referral pipeline via various strategies.
• Acquires new clients and sells products into existing clients (upsell / cross-sell).
• Conducts client product demos and offers sales support across all client types.
• Works with Sales & Sales Excellence, Engineering & Product Development and other teams to coordinate prospective clients and upsell opportunities.
• Prepares sales proposals and delivers formal and/or informal presentations to clients based on their stated needs and expectations.
• Works with business stakeholders to develop strategies to identify market, client, retailer / channel, partner and other sales needs.
• Serves as point of primary contact for clients during all phases of the sales process, including preparation of the service proposal, contract signing, order entry and delivery.
• Identifies and develops additional sources of new business including referrals, networking and social media.
• Provides accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner.
• Acquires and assesses client feedback to determine current satisfaction levels and future market needs and trends.
• Manages a business plan for a designated geographical region by keeping prospect records current and active in Salesforce.com.
• Serves as liaison between clients, various company departmental stakeholders and Inside Sales.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
