Job DescriptionYears of Experience – 7 to 10
Mandatory Skills – Process design and development experience, 3+ years of IBM BPM experience.
Good Communication skill, Onsite experience
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in IBM BPM technology
- Very strong BPM UI development skills including Javascript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches)
- Experience with various versions of BPM or heritage coaches in newer versions
- Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries
- Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM
- Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL)
- Experience with agile scrum methodology
- Strong hands-on development experience in IBM BPM 7.x/8.x for at least 2-3 years
- Need to be able to code hands-on in Java atleast some basics.
- Having IBM BPM configuration skills will be an added advantage
- Should have good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the customer
Roles:
- Working with SME’s/SAs on Business requirements
- Preparing High Level and Low level design document
- Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM BPM
- Deep understanding of work flow and business impact
- Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.
- Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.
